∎ Master's in science or social science discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Location: Moheskhali and Pekua Field Office under CARE Cox`s Bazar Regional Office.
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to August 31, 2023 with possibility of extension.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of experience in food security and livelihood program implementation.
∎ Experience in supervising and monitoring large field force.
∎ Knowledge in gender, youth and children-focused approach.
∎ Experience in cash-based programming.
∎ Experience working in climate-sensitive livelihood approach.
∎ Experience in community mobilization and organizing learning-sharing events involving community, practitioners and researchers, and policymakers.
∎ Good communication, report writing, and presentation skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Good interpersonal and team management skills.
∎ Computer skills in computer software e. g MS office, internet.
∎ Gender awareness and a commitment to gender equality.
∎ Experience in maintaining stakeholder relations with local government, administration and civil society.
∎ Motorcycle driving with a permanent and valid driving license is highly preferable.
