Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in Social Science, Development Studies, or relevant subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the training specialist and as well, as program staffs to implementation of project activities.
∎ Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
∎ To make strong professional linking/ relationship deferent types of technical team at field/ Cox's Bazar level
∎ Provide support to the project coordinator for quality ensuring of project.
∎ Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
∎ Develop annual training program and its implementation.
∎ Develop Training module
∎ Having capacity to deliver training independently
∎ Develop/oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
∎ Provide strategic direction for structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
∎ Adapt new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
∎ Deliver training courses.
∎ Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
∎ Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure the quality of implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years' experience in the relevant field.
∎ Experience in training need assessment, module preparation, conducting, monitoring and evaluation of the training courses and have working experience in education program.
∎ Proven experiences in team management and excellent trouble shooting capability.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge on local language will be an asset.
∎ Basic computer skills on MS-Office.
∎ Having valid motor cycle driving license.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 71,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
