Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc/MPH degree in Nutrition, Public Health or in Social Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Senior Training Coordinator under CMAM Project for Humanitarian Response Program, Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh.
∎ Based in Ukhiya Team Office under CARE Cox`s Bazar Field Office.
∎ The duration of the proposed contract is up to February 29, 2020.

Job Responsibilities:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years proven work experience as a Training Coordinator - Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role.
∎ Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in NGO settings.
∎ Extensive knowledge of designing theoretical & practical training materials and implementation of training.
∎ Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
∎ Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
∎ Experience working in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Knowledge of Cox's Bazar or Rohingya dialect will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience as a trainer of Nutrition / CMAM program.
∎ Capable of creating a positive learning environment.
∎ Conveying objectives clearly, encouraging and motivating trainees, and evaluating learning outcomes.
∎ Developing and updating training materials such as Power point presentation, modules & facilitation guidelines, fact sheet etc.
∎ Good Training, coaching, and mentoring skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent analytical skills and strong conceptualization skill.
∎ Ability of prioritization of the activities.
∎ Result oriented and target focused.
∎ Good facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to resource management and implementation training within allocated resource.
∎ Excellent communication, reporting writing and presentation skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Practical experience of working as Training Coordinator/manager/trainer.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
