Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily farm operations, ensuring efficient and sustainable practices.

• Oversee feed production processes to enhance quality and reduce operational costs.

• Lead the R&D team in developing innovative feed formulations, selecting raw materials, and integrating feed additives (with final approval by designated authorities).

• Develop and manage promotional data to support marketing strategies for new feed products.

• Supervise the technical team in resolving farm claims and providing expert solutions.

• Effectively utilize production and R&D software, as well as Excel, for data analysis and operational tasks.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive company information.
