Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of laboratory testing and feed analysis, including tests such as moisture content, protein analysis, fat and fiber determination, and ash content analysis.
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail during sample preparation and data recording.
Experience with laboratory instruments such as spectrophotometer, moisture analyzer, and muffle furnace.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) for data entry and report preparation.
Must be honest, responsible, and punctual with a commitment to maintaining lab safety standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
Nutrient Analysis: Conduct laboratory tests to analyze the nutritional content of poultry feed ingredients and finished products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Quality Control: Perform routine quality control checks on feed samples to maintain consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Laboratory Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accurate testing and analysis.
Record Keeping & Reporting: Document and maintain detailed records of all test results; prepare reports for management on feed quality and improvement suggestions.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, environmental, and regulatory standards.
