Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation in Forestry or in other relevant subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly activity plan.
∎ Manage the project staff in an organized way to operate the project activities effectively.
∎ Monitoring and supervision of the field activities on regular basis for smooth operation the program.
∎ Establish Community Development Plan on Mangrove plantation.
∎ Provide technical supports about seed selection, nursery establishing and management, Sapling & Plantation care & Disease management etc.
∎ Organize and conduct various training, meetings and others event with different stakeholders at the district, upazila, union and community level.
∎ Communicate with relevant Government Officers specifically with the Forest Department, Water Development Board for proper coordination and collaboration.
∎ Communicate with NGO's, Local Government (UP), Community Elites & others.
∎ Prepare Monthly, quarterly & yearly work plan, budget, various requisition, develop training module, curriculum and schedule; fill up monitoring format, managing administrative, logistic support and resources
∎ Administer daily administrative works for example, bill voucher approval;
∎ Facilitate local procurement and adjustments as per financial procedure.
∎ Organize and participate in various social activities, like: training, all day observation, DMC, WATSAN meeting and cultural programs etc.
∎ Keep in regular contact with focal persons at HO
∎ Engage in Emergency Response based on program need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
∎ Conversational and working writing skills in Bangla and English
∎ Microsoft package, Word, Excel, Power point and Internet Use
∎ At least 3 year's of experience in NGO/development sector preferably in forestry, NbS, biodiversity, climate change adaptation, etc.
