∎ Minimum 20(Twenty) year experience in any reputed organization.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to develop garment samples and prototypes.
∎ Collaborate with garment manufacturers and suppliers to communicate technical requirements, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
∎ Recommend methods to enhance efficiency and quality in production processes.
∎ Create and grade patterns to ensure correct samples are submitted to the customer.
∎ Leading and mentoring a team of garment technologists, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Provide technical guidance and training to cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, sample makers, and quality control staff.
∎ Establish and enforce quality control processes to monitor the production of garments.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies related to garment production and quality control.
∎ Job Responsibilities:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Range: Basic salary: $ 3,200.00 Per month House Rent: $ 400.00 Per month Conveyance Allowance: $ 50.00 Per Month Medical Allowance: $ 50.00 Per Month Other Benefits: As per company policy.
