∎ Product knowledge both knits & woven. Knowledge on accessories like hats and bags is preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead The Technical Team in Bangladesh as per Company Quality and Technical Standard.
∎ Give Technical Support to Head office France Technical Team.
∎ Give all technical instruction regarding sample & production and follow up accordingly to ensure the quality production.
∎ Risk assessment before sizes set stages. Evaluate the size set and recommend for the production, identify the difficulties that may arise during the pre-production stages.
∎ Evaluate workmanship, quality, and construction of garments samples, to determine the correctness.
∎ Maintain liaison with Production/QA head on a day-to-day basis for any kind of difficulties.
∎ Identify and correct pattern problems. Able to anticipate potential technical issues in bulk production and recommend solution.
∎ Introduce the most feasible, practical, effective, efficient and economical solution to the system and help to keep the production cost as minimum as possible.
∎ Thoroughly follow the technical specification of the garment and highlight every important point to the production team.
∎ Product knowledge both knits & woven. Knowledge on accessories like hats and bags is preferable.
