Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science or in any disciplines from a reputed university if accompanied by excellent relevant experience. Knowledge on contemporary thinking and practice on Gender Equality is preferred.

Job Context:
∎ Senior Technical Coordinator - Gender Mainstreaming under Tipping Point: Innovation and Advocacy in Addressing Underlying Causes of Child Marriage
∎ Location: Based in CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office.
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to June 30, 2022.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 -7 years proven knowledge/experience in gender and women empowerment related project particularly on gender mainstreaming.
∎ Knowledge on contemporary thinking and practice on Gender Equality is preferred.
∎ Knowledge and skills in developing training curriculum/modules.
∎ Strong facilitation skills
∎ Communication, linkage, networking and negotiation capability with private and public institutions.
∎ Analytical and report writing skills.
∎ Team player
∎ Documentation Skills
∎ Good understanding of gender issues in the context of Bangladesh
∎ Skilled in MS Office software.
∎ Strong in written and verbal English and Bangla communications.
