• MUST Have 3 years of proven experience in student counselling for Australia, UK & USA
• Additional experience with European or Chinese institutions will be given priority
• MUST have 3–4 years of proven experience in student counselling for Australia, UK & USA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service attitude
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to communicate confidently in English

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through course options, admissions, and visa processes
• Provide accurate information on universities, programs, and migration pathways
• Maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions
• Handle enquiries both in person and over the phone
• Ensure a smooth and professional counselling experience
