∎ In-depth knowledge of the USA education system and admission procedures.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Proficiency in education counseling, research, and basic computer applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counsel students aspiring to study at universities in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe.
∎ Provide expert guidance on program selection, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
∎ Conduct counseling sessions through various channels, including in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
∎ Efficiently manage a high volume of clients while maintaining personalized service.
∎ Perform office management duties with professionalism.
∎ Drive social media promotional campaigns, including creating engaging video content for prospective students.
