• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

• Empathy, patience, and a student-first approach are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic and career counseling to students.

• Guide students through the university admission and visa application processes.

• Stay updated on global education trends, programs, and scholarship opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

• Train, mentor, and support junior counselors.

• Contribute to outreach, seminars, and promotional activities.

• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups for each student.
