Experience:

• At least 15 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering

• At least 15 years

• Good expertise in geotechnical part.
• Must have IEB membership and RUJUK plan signing authority.
• Proficient in structural analysis software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS MIDAS or BIM Modeling Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with both new construction and renovations Should have experience in Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) and Retrofitting work Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.

• Lead structural engineer for design and analysis of complex infrastructure, residential, bridge and commercial projects.
• Develop, review, and approve structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Conduct DIFE/RCC, RSC, elevate/Alliance PRIMARK meeting etc. 
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, MIDAS or BIM Modeling to create and verify structural designs.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local and international building codes and safety standards.
• Perform detailed site inspections and provide on-site technical guidance during construction.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure the structural design meets integrity and feasibility requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the structural team.
