∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CSIT, CSC or Equivalent Degree

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.
∎ Take part in the CMMI implementation project
∎ Prepare necessary CMMI-related documents
∎ Perform audit exercises with various projects
∎ Maintain version control of all the artifacts
∎ Guide and train team members on CMMI standards
∎ Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
∎ Conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly.
∎ Monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
∎ Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
∎ Ensuring the successful deployment of products to the client.
∎ Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures, and Train team members on quality standards and practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 3+ years of automation testing experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment
∎ Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies, testing types, tools, and processes
∎ Ability to understand Test Requirements and analyze the Application under Test (AUT)
∎ Must have CMMI Leve-3 implementation experience. Should be a member of PGA or a similar committee during CMMI implementation.
∎ Extensive experience in developing automation scripts with a variety of automation approaches and tools (Selenium, TestComplete, Cucumber, UFT, etc)
∎ Strong working experience with any of the scripting languages like Jscript, VB Script, C#, Python, etc
∎ Familiarity with databases like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.
∎ Practical experience with REST API testing using automation tools
∎ Test Management usage on JIRA/ALM/Zephyr
∎ High-level analytical skills, Critical thinker, Detail oriented.
∎ Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to manage software projects and team.
