Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc or B.Sc in Computer Science and engineering from any reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Must be a full-Stack .NET developer with depth knowledge in Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6, ASP.NET MVC 5, C#, Web API, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5 & CSS3.
∎ Experienced in Asp.NET Core and Entity Framework Core will be a great plus.
∎ Design and develop client-side and server-side architecture for web and mobile applications.
∎ Design, develop and manage well-functioning databases.
∎ Design, develop and integrate cross-platform web applications.
∎ Write clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintainable, and modular codes as well as coach the team to do the same.
∎ Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
∎ Unit Test, troubleshoot, debug and monitor activities to ensure or improve responsiveness and efficiency on all projects
∎ Work closely with the project manager or stakeholders to ideate software solutions.
∎ Create technical documentation or provide support on relevant reports/documents.
∎ Experience in using Redmine, Slack , GIT, and VS Code
∎ The capability of Data Analysis. Experience or knowledge of Oracle BI, Tableau, or Microsoft BI is a great plus.
∎ Strong knowledge in UML with Business Requirement Document, System Requirement Specification and other Technical Documents
∎ To understand business processes and come up with innovative solutions for complex business problems.
∎ To write down and maintain technical specifications, documentation to describe program development, coding, testing, changes, and corrections, installation and operation of developed software and knowledge in waterfall and agile process, basic deliverable docs.
∎ Troubleshooting development and production migration across multiple
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to be a Dynamic Team Member who is ready to take on challenges. Must be strict to meet a deadline.
∎ Analyze complex client requirements and translate them into technical components.
∎ Prepare project architecture and Design application databases as per the direction from Senior Architect and Lead developers.
∎ Maintain well-designed, testable, clean, and efficient code by understanding code smells and following design principles. Always force the team to follow these.
∎ Participate in client interactions, possibly with more senior team members; fix the system according to business rules.
∎ Maintain task records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to work.
∎ Collaborate with Business Team, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Security & Compliance, UX Engineer to ensure smooth and quality delivery.
∎ Data migration when needed includes Extraction, Transform and Load.
∎ Write technical documents maintaining applicable standards for our existing and new applications in compliance with the company's established rules and guidelines.

∎ BDT 80K - 115K (based on experience & skills)
