  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales target, revenue, and growth objectives, aligning them with the company’s vision and long-term goals.

  • Proactively identify market opportunities and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer expectations.

  • Lead the sales function setting clear performance benchmarks and empowering teams to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to support business growth.

  • Ensure a seamless and superior customer experience throughout the sales journey and beyond.

  • Address customer feedback promptly, resolve issues effectively, and oversee initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Organize customer-focused programs, events, and other initiatives that strengthen relationships and promote long-term partnerships.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns that position projects competitively in the market.

  • Use digital platforms and innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential buyers.

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee the customer service function to promptly resolve queries, complaints, and post-sales support.

  • Create strategies to improve the customer experience during critical phases like project handover.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
