Responsibilities & Context:
Review and verify structural designs, calculations, and drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure compliance with BNBC, engineering standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Supervise structural works at project sites and ensure quality construction practices.
• Review BOQ, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure proper implementation of approved structural drawings and designs.
• Liaise with RAJUK and other relevant authorities regarding drawing approvals and compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve structural and construction-related issues efficiently.
