Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Account Management to retain and grow current client base.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics effectively.
∎ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
∎ Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
