Responsibilities & Context:
Operate hydraulic drilling rigs in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
Conduct pre-start checks, daily inspections, and routine maintenance of rig components and hydraulic systems.
Perform drilling operations as per project requirements, including soil investigation, water well drilling, and piling.
Monitor and maintain optimal drilling parameters, including pressure, rotation, and depth.
Ensure adherence to maintenance and lubrication schedules for all equipment.
Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical or hydraulic repairs on-site.
Coordinate with drilling assistants, helpers, and other site personnel to maintain smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate drilling logs, reports, and equipment usage records.
Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and ensure a safe working environment.
Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or incidents to the Site Supervisor immediately.
