Job Responsibilities:
∎ Portfolio Contribution:
∎ i) Achieve Target for new Asset business (SME & Corporate)
∎ ii) Achieve Target for new Liability business
∎ iii) Achieve target for retention percentage across customers segments (Loan Client)
∎ NPL: Keeping PAR & NPL within budget
∎ Compliance: Ensuring compliance as per internal policy framework (Zero deficiency)
∎ Customer Service: Achieve target for Customer satisfaction - Customer complaints received and resolved- (overall and critical)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good analytical and critical reasoning skills to understand new/existing businesses.
∎ Abilities to maintain customer service quality and statutory compliance.
∎ Strength and high motivation as a team player with excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to meet performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, psychologically stressful environments, and conditions with limited resources.
