Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the assigned cash management team to achieve yearly business target as set by the Head of Cash Management
∎ Bring in institutional clients under the existing cash management services of the Bank
∎ Explore new market opportunities and develop necessary solutions to cater to the requirements
∎ Coordinate with digital banking team and other departments to develop and enhance new services and solutions
∎ Cross selling of different services and products while bringing in new cash management clients
∎ Plan and design modern collection services to strengthen a strong cash management eco-system
∎ Help the bank increase low to no cost fund
∎ Ensure service excellence
∎ Maintain MIS and provide clear and timely business reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 07 years of experience in Cash Management/ Transaction Banking/Corporate Sales with reasonable time in product and solutions development.
∎ In depth knowledge about institutional clients' cash management requirements, effective products and solutions
∎ Should have adequate computer skills
∎ Should be well conversant in product designing
