Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, but textile background will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading and developing an effective quality assurance team who are responsible for all quality related assignments / issues.
∎ Cooperating & updating to Merchandising team regarding any issues related to quality assurance.
∎ Monitor and develop existing quality assurance systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Control and ensure quality of each production process as per customers' requirements.
∎ Follow up the audit and take action if required. Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Ensure health & safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Must be experienced in AQL level inspection system & able to manage QC team accordingly.
∎ Capable to deal with planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring, and reporting activities of Quality Assurance and be capable to work independently.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time. quality of sample according to buyer requirements and on time delivery.
∎ Conduct ongoing awareness training on requirements of the standard, process correction, preventive actions and measurement of process etc. regularly. Finding out the unskilled QC personnel and make a list to Improve them by proper training.
∎ Generates report of conditions found during inspection activities, notifies operation and quality assurance/quality control management of significant problems (MMR).
∎ Ensure shipments with zero defects as per buyer's instructions
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 04 years' in Denim Industry.
∎ Incumbent will need to travel to production units at Ashulia, Gazipur frequently to ensure the production quality.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Denim Industry as Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Controller/ Assurance, Quality Inspection.
∎ Must be conversant with the concept of quality objective, program, systems & procedures of Denim garments.
∎ Must be dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Having good knowledge on quality methodology including technical & conceptual skills.
∎ Must be excellent in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Google sheet.
∎ Good command on spoken & written English.
∎ Strong communication and administration skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
