Quality Planning & Supervision

• Plan and supervise overall quality control activities throughout production.
• Ensure all products meet buyer’s quality standards and specifications.
• Develop inspection schedules and quality checkpoints for each stage of production.

Inspection & Monitoring

• Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections during production.
• Check fabric, trims, stitching, measurements, labeling, and packaging.
• Identify quality issues early and take corrective actions immediately.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and guide a team of junior QCs or inspectors on the production floor.
• Train team members on buyer quality standards and factory SOPs.
• Evaluate team performance and maintain discipline.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with merchandisers, production, and cutting/sewing departments to solve quality issues.
• Report daily quality status to the Quality Manager or Department Head.
• Communicate quality concerns and corrective actions clearly to the production line.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain quality reports, inspection sheets, and audit records.
• Prepare final inspection reports for buyer submission.
• Ensure all records are accurate and traceable.

Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis

• Investigate causes of defects or rejections.
• Recommend preventive actions to avoid future quality issues.
• Follow up to ensure corrective measures are properly implemented.

Buyer & Compliance Support

• Support buyer representatives during inspection or audit visits.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ethical standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Suggest improvements in process, quality systems, and production methods.
• Participate in quality meetings and contribute to factory quality development programs.
