∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Masters degree in any discipline

Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing, Managing, communicating and maintaining Quality Assurance plan.
∎ Implementation of Quality Control Policy.
∎ Monitor the laboratory testing as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
∎ Planning production as per quality control policy.
∎ Match the Job Card with the standard set by the customer to confirm product quality.
∎ Coordination with other departments especially with Procurement, Production, Inventory, maintenance and Dispatch Department.
∎ Overall Supervision of Shift wise Quality Control activities.
∎ Ensure quality check & different Lab test of imported & local incoming materials
∎ Be able to conduct different QA tests using different test equipment's
∎ Prepare different laboratory analysis and ensure product strength
∎ Checking the quality of the product before client delivery
∎ Handle clients regarding product quality control and complain issues.
∎ Monitor and coordination of sample quality checking by concern authorized body.
∎ Maintaining and reporting daily QC activities and submission report to the top management of the organization.
∎ Report to GM for any products non-conformance
∎ Strong communication skills with various valued clients and local & government author.
∎ Prepare different sorts of the report and keep track accordingly.
∎ Maintain Statistical analysis of different tests to confirm overall product quality measures. Regular feedback to the production department for control of process wastage.
∎ Any Other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Printing & Packaging especially knowledge on Flexible Packaging
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of Quality Control methods & practices.
∎ Able to work under pressure & complete the task within a present time-frame.
∎ Good in planning & analytical skill.
∎ Must be cooperative & able to work in a team as well as independently.
∎ Excellent English knowledge orally & is written.
∎ Must be self-motivated.
∎ Must have knowledge & skill in the computer(Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook)
