Requirements:

∎ At least 6 years NGO experience preferably in a management role
∎ 2-3 years of experience in implementing similar programming i.e. protection monitoring, community-based protection, Signpost and legal aid in an emergency or complex emergency context

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Department: Protection Rule of Law
∎ Contract length: Till 30th April 2025 (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
∎ Work Location: IRC Bangladesh, Ukhiya Office
∎ Reporting to: Protection and Rule of Law Coordinator
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Competitive Base Pay with Fringe Benefits (As per IRC National Pay Scale in Bangladesh)
