Job Summary:
This role will oversee Edison Verona, an exclusive residential masterpiece redefining luxury living in Uttara, spanning 156.84 Katha and featuring 8 towers. The Senior Project Manager / AGM – Construction will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The role involves managing construction operations, coordinating stakeholders, supervising teams, and driving excellence across all aspects of the project.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and direct project operations to ensure on-time completion within budget and quality standards.
Identify potential construction-related challenges and provide effective solutions to mitigate risks.
Supervise all zonal construction activities, including site operations, material management, bill approvals, quality control, and compliance with safety and labor standards.
Ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and construction best practices.
Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for construction activities.
Coordinate with design, procurement, finance, and other departments for project requirements and progress alignment.
Oversee and ensure smooth functioning and safety compliance within assigned zones.
Monitor performance of site teams and contractors; provide on-the-job guidance and mentoring to enhance workforce productivity.
Review project progress reports and ensure timely communication of key updates to senior management.
