• Interior Design background will get preference

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and Google Suite

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Manufacturing

• We are looking for smart, energetic, skilled and career oriented enthusiastic individuals who have extensive knowledge in commercial interior/exterior construction and maintenance works as well as implementation of the drawings in accordance with the specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of engineering drawing, furniture drawing & design, and implement projects in accordance with the drawings and specifications

• Collect measurements for design purposes

• Organize materials and labor of the site and ensure continuity of operations

• Prepare cost estimates and ensure that the right materials and tools are available

• Prepare work schedules and communicate any adjustments with the team

• Assure quality of work and provide feedback to the team

• Liaise with other teams and departments such as design, planning, procurement, etc.

• Check bill and quantities of every item of work according to the original

• Manage interior design projects and ensure timely completion

• Ensure maintenance works of company sites, warehouses and retails stores are completed on a timely basis

• Supervise and inspect the quality of work and provide regular reports

• Provide technical solutions to on-site construction related problems and difficulties

• Manage multiple vendors and contractors

• Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
