Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in psychology from any recognized public or private institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: Establish a system and ensure regular monitoring of effective counselling of OST program as per set strategy and guideline:
∎ Facilitate in developing specific work plan of the counsellor of the C-DICs according to guideline.
∎ Ensure that the OST adherence is being implemented as per agreed principles and strategies.
∎ Ensure regular monitoring and supervision of activities of counsellor.
∎ Participate in the relevant coordination and learning sharing meeting with other stakeholders.
∎ Generate quality reporting and documentation on counseling, OST, HIV positive clients etc.
∎ Follow up & ensure referral services of OST clients.
∎ Provide standard On-Job Training (OJT) to counsellor, SACMO and other relevant staff.
∎ Provide technical support to Counselor how to manage critical clients.
∎ Home visit and field visit for OST adherence if needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years working experience on drug counseling and HIV/AIDS issue with any at risk population but will give preference on working with People Who Inject Drugs (PWIDs) and vulnerable for HIV/AIDS.
∎ Conceptually sound in planning, designing, implementing, analyzing, monitoring and reporting on the public health field.
∎ Able to work in any challenging situation and with most-at-risk-population like People Who Inject Drugs (PWIDs).
∎ Good communication, coordination, collaboration and networking ability with different organization, Institutes, GoB, I/NGOs and UN agencies.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Should have good understanding of MS Office applications.
