Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years professional experience in CCCM/Site Management with Bachelor's degree or 5 years professional experience in CCCM/Site Management with Master's degree in a relevant field (social sciences, international relations, human rights, etc.).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Project: Site Management and Site Development
∎ Location: Cox`s Bazar Regional Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to September 30, 2023 with possibility of extension.

Additional Requirements:
∎ CCCM training certificate is an advantage.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of emergency programming and minimum standards in emergency contexts.
∎ Previous working experience on UN-funded projects is an advantage.
∎ Strong project cycle management skills: assessments, design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and strategic planning skills.
∎ Experience with proposal development.
∎ Experience in budget development and management.
∎ Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, Bangla and Chittagonian language.
∎ Strong understanding of the humanitarian emergency operating context, including Sphere, the humanitarian system, donors etc.
∎ Trained in Protection Mainstreaming.
∎ Computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Power point.
