Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years Diploma in Medical Faculty from recognized Medical Assistant Training School (MATS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise paramedic, satellite clinic supervisor and FCMs
∎ Provide support in satellite clinic
∎ Coordination
∎ Liaison
∎ Provide primary healthcare
∎ To supervise regularly the Community Health workers (Friendship Community Medic Aides-FCM) at her communities/villages
∎ Provide support in organizing satellite clinics, nutrition support, Government EPI & FP programs
∎ To maintain close communication and collaboration with the Government Administrative, Health official and employees at Upazila, Union & ward level, other NGOs and Friendship Hospitals & other sectors.
∎ To prepare monthly work plan and progress reports of the field
∎ To prepare field level requisition (financial, medicine and logistics) and submit to Friendship district office
∎ To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management
∎ Attend different coordination meeting with GoB and local official
∎ Conduct effective district and local level advocacy meeting with different stakeholders to ensure engagement of government and others Health actors
∎ Conduct different reflection learning workshop and document best practice from the field related to health entrepreneurship development and others
∎ Linkage and liaison with union parishad, local stakeholders and others health service providers
∎ Coordinate CSGs meeting (Community support group)
∎ To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Work as a replacement of regular paramedic when needed
∎ Provide primary health care and limited curative care at satellite and static clinic.
∎ Provide ANC, PNC, CSBA and cervical cancer screening
∎ Access to emergency services, including a swift and affordable effective referral system
∎ Established community-based health services network through FCM
∎ Prepare field level requisition (financial, medicine and logistics) and submit to Friendship Head office
∎ Ability to organize a health services in which increased access and availability of quality health care to the population in the remote places
∎ Focuses on result for the client and responds positively to feedback
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field
∎ Maintain different type of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register & ANC/PNC Register)
∎ Acceptability to the people or patients.
∎ capability in Interpersonal communication
∎ Willingness and door-to-door visit in the community
