Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA in Accounting/Finance/Economics with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (on the scale of 4.00) from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze credit data and financial statements/information to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit to retail clients.
∎ Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history.
∎ Generate financial ratios to evaluate customers' financial status.
∎ Communicate with customers & personal guarantor, credit investigation by phone call or business visit, field/ project visit.
∎ Collection of pending documents (if any) & prepare credit appraisal.
∎ Consulting with legal manager about security aspect.
∎ Presentation of defaulted cases analysis to identify what went wrong and find solutions for future precaution.
∎ Assist Customer Experience Department by preparing reports & memos.
∎ Handling audit team (internal, external & regulatory body).
∎ Training & counseling activities for the sales force at Branch Level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in relevant department in Bank or Financial Institution or Credit Rating Agencies or any service driven financial sector.
∎ Excellent interpersonal &communication skill.
∎ Having strong problem-solving, analytic, organizational, research and decision-making skills.
∎ Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Should have knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures, and credit systems.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
