Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining liaison with the existing clients.
∎ Assist Unit Head with corporate business proposal, deal execution, presentations, call reports, client visit and research.
∎ Ensure corporate client management through internal and external stakeholder co-ordination.
∎ Monitor repayment of loans. In case of overdue, visit clients to ensure regular repayment.
∎ Perform periodic review and update loan file.
∎ Assisting structured finance wing for deal materialization.
∎ Stay updated with economic factors, regulatory requirements determining business strategy, product structure and customer-FI relationship.
∎ Maintain the corporate credit policy. Review and monitoring of various credit programs.
∎ Monitor & perform periodic credit reviews.
∎ Manage relationships with credit reporting agencies.
