Job Context:
∎ Location: Based in Cox`s Bazar Sadar under CARE Cox`s Bazar field office
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to April 30, 2021
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: CFW works Implementation supervision:
∎ Preparing the CFW plan with calculation of man days and geographical distribution.
∎ Ensure implementation and supervise CFW works of all scheme and coordinate with local government, UP and Upazila parishad.
∎ Supervise and ensure all protocols and good practices of implementing of CFW work as per the CFW guild line.
∎ Supervise and ensure the implementation of quality program interventions focusing on the needs of the different members of the community.
∎ Supervise and ensure work is completed to the agreed schedule of works and detailed design.
∎ Cross check and Monitor Cash for Work laborers, ensure attendance records, conduct spot checks of performance, and manage teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Good negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize activities to act and decide promptly.
∎ Skill for the successful implementation of Gender policies in the working environment.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
