Job Context:
∎ The purpose of this position is to support the implementation of Strategic Action Plan (SAP) for Bangladesh in timely and quality manner also supporting in adaptation of PCM tools for Bangladesh country programme under guidance of Under the guidance/supervision of the Senior Grants, Partnership and Accountability Coordinator, and in close collaboration with the senior management. The manager will also support in developing high quality donor proposals and donor reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Action Plan (SAP) implementation and monitoring: (40% time) this position will be working with the Sr. Coordinator - GPA and DDP for:
∎ Regularly update/edit/review SAP implementation plan and help in organizing SAP socialization, workshops, and Support DDP in SAP IP socialization and organize SAP related workshop, meetings and drafting meeting notes
∎ Monthly monitoring of SAP budget and revision if required.
∎ Document best practice on SAP achievements
∎ Work with Sr CO GPA and MEAL co on IMPACT standards roll out, training of program team members and ensuring integration of IMPACT standards in the each sector program
∎ Programme Review and Development (60% time)
∎ Support in developing a booklet of concept notes for fundraising for each sector
∎ Monthly PCM updates coordination, verifying the updates provided by Programme team and sharing with CMT
∎ Support in program quality reviews and designing efficient program models.
