∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Screen Printing knowledge on HDPE Pet bottle
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Job Location will be in Rupatoly, Jagua, Barishal
∎ Must ensure stay with the Company for a minimum of 3 Years.
∎ Will be working with PET Bottle, ASB Machine or Bottle printing Machine.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Screen Printing knowledge on HDPE & Pet bottle.
∎ Productivity Monitoring and Specification Checking
∎ Compare & enhance production capacity
∎ Compare production according to planning & take countermeasures for deviations (if any)
∎ Process control & floor supervision;
∎ Ensure the smooth running of workforce & machine
∎ Work with PET Bottle, ASB Machine or Bottle printing Machine
∎ Ability to work with Hierarchy, Co-workers & Subordinates
∎ Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Screen Printing knowledge on HDPE Pet bottle.
∎ Expected to work in both day and night shifts as and when required.
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated & possessing a good memory.
∎ Result oriented, performance-driven, proactive and problem-solving skills.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Possessing positive attitude.
∎ Time Management skill.
∎ Eagerness to learn.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
