Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out product research initiatives internally or externally with vendors as and when required. Coordinate field visits & NIHITO initiatives.
∎ Support in formulation of offline payment product strategy, targets & action plan to achieve product goals and upkeep organization’s vision.
∎ Analyse and develop strategies/way forward as and when required based on regulatory guidelines, competition initiatives, market transformation etc.
∎ Determines offline merchant & customers' requirements, unmet and unseen demands through research and market analysis, suggest impactful product changes, upgrades & modifications.
∎ Coordinate with internal stakeholders by informing product changes, upgrades & resolve alignment issues with legal, internal control, marketing, commercial or with any relevant teams as and when required.
∎ Provide clear concept understanding of product to brand and other communication teams for designing relevant and efficient communication materials.
∎ Engage with commercial teams if required, act as the product adept to extend knowledge and receive partner’s requirement insights.
∎ Prepare monthly payment report, analyse trends and suggest recommendations on payment performance
∎ Conceptualize product ideas, service upgrades or new features, develop supporting documentation.
∎ Coordinate with product development team if required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Has to have an extensive knowledge on product development & idea generation
∎ Data analysis capabilities

Salary: Negotiable
