Job Context:
∎ The Senior Officer Partnership and Reporting will assist IRC`s partnership and government reporting related work in accordance with IRC`s Partnership Excellence for Equality and Results System (PEERS) and various government reporting requirement (FD, CiC, Local Administration). The position holder will report to Senior Manager-Partnership and Reporting with cross functional working relationship with various program and departments including program, M&E, Grants, Operation etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Partnership:
∎ Support partner identification and background review (Vetting) processes, Internal checking process, Reference check, Partner's Project Capacity Review (Pre-Award Assessment) processes, including the identification of actions in response to issues identified.
∎ Maintain proper and professional communication with IRC and partners based on partnership principles of equality, complementarity, transparency, results oriented approach and responsibility, and support the technical coordinators in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Maintain and regularly update partnership project tracker, capturing all requirements throughout the sub-award life cycle
∎ Maintain complete and organized partnership files for each partner.
∎ Maintain partner project support plans and follow up on partner support plans to support partner capacity strengthening efforts and coordinate the timely, quality implementation of the plan.
∎ Government Reporting:
∎ Support the preparation of new FD applications in coordination with government liaison and respective program focal trams
∎ Keep on updated tracker for FDs including project start-up, coverage, reporting requirement etc.
∎ Document actions and keep track of various decisions and action plans agreed in various program and management meetings with regards to partnership and government reporting
∎ Support in the development and submission process of various regular progress report for RRRC, CiC, Upazila and district administration
∎ Ensure that key documents are kept updated and uploaded in internal file sharing platform, and maintain complete and organized partnership files for each partner
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years' experience in project management with INGO in humanitarian and/or development programs in Program Management, Partnership and sub-award management
∎ Knowledge of UN, DFID, ECHO etc. compliance and partnership/sub-award procedures will be an added advantage
∎ Previous work experience with partners and/or grants management
∎ Ability to function comfortably in a complex work environment, under pressure whilst prioritizing multiple tasks
∎ Good time management and interpersonal skills
∎ Highly skilled in report preparation
∎ Ability to conduct analysis and come up with plans of actions and recommendations
∎ Familiarity with various project management tools
∎ Experience working in relevant sectors; health, education, protection and livelihoods
∎ Proficiently in computer with excellent skills in MS Office Package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
∎ Ability to type/draft reports in Bengali
∎ Fluency in English Language
∎ Ability to build good working relationships and work effectively with various teams and functions
∎ Excellent social skills, positive and professional attitude, ability to work well in a team setting
∎ Good listener, cooperative and flexibility, and creativity
∎ Self-driven and able to handle multiple work demands
∎ Adhere to the partnership principles and promote the principles within all key stakeholders from the IRC and partners staff
