Education:
BBA/MBA in HRM from a reputable university.
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years specifically involved in OD, Training or HRBP functions.
Industry Background: Preference will be given to candidates from Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, or Agribusiness.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Report Generation, pivots, V/XLOOKUPs etc.) and PowerPoint for report preparation.
Communication: Strong command of both Bengali and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both office staff and field workers.
Job Overview:
The Senior Officer will primarily support and execute Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including change management and process improvement, while also providing HRBP support to assigned business units as required to ensure alignment with Norrish’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Design: Support standardized JDs and org structures aligned with actual business workflows.
Performance Management: Coordinate KPI setting, appraisals, and drive a data-driven performance culture.
Change Management: Support smooth implementation of new HR initiatives and structural changes.
Recruitment & Talent Integration: Support manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding to ensure cultural and role fit.
Policy & Compliance: Update HR policies and SOPs in line with best practices and Bangladesh Labor Law.
Engagement & Capability Building: Identify skill gaps, coordinate training, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
HR Data & Analytics: Maintain HR dashboards and support employee pulse surveys.
