∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ITP,CA CC

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Examine and maintain financial records with necessary documentation as required by income tax law and VAT.
∎ Monitor all TDS/VDS deductions from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer within the stipulated time.
∎ Maintain relevant general ledger in the accounting system.
∎ Maintain all VAT-related registers as per VAT & SD Act 2012 and Rule 2016.
∎ Submit Income Tax and VAT return along with the required documents in due time.
∎ Provide TDS & VDS certificates against deduction.
∎ Prepare and submit relevant returns under u/s 75A, 108 and 108A.
∎ Ensure timely payment of the advance taxes with necessary supporting documents.
∎ Prepare Mushak 4.3 and submit the same to the VAT Divisional Office.
∎ Review inventory management and guide to ensure VAT compliance of factory and depot.
∎ Maintain liaison Govt. authorities, external auditors, and consultants and provide explanations and documents against their queries.
∎ Assist in preparing half-yearly and annual tax reports.
∎ Assist in making the accounts of the company for audit.
∎ Prepare monthly VAT returns.
∎ Prepare VAT Challan.
∎ Prepare annual compliance financial statement and coordinate with external auditor.
