• Masters preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics

• A Post Graduate Diploma in SCM from BIM is preferable.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics & distribution, ideally in cement & building materials industries

• Tech-savvy, familiar with ERP, TMS, and Google Workspace

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Route optimization & fleet management

• Logistics software/ERP systems proficiency

• Vendor negotiation and contract management

• Data analysis and problem-solving

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly distribution plans to meet customer demand
  
  

• Optimize fleet utilization, route planning, and delivery schedules
  
  

• Manage logistics costs, monitor budget, and implement cost-saving measures
  
  

• Negotiate with vendors and carriers, ensuring SLA compliance
  
  

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
