Masters preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
A Post Graduate Diploma in SCM from BIM is preferable.
3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics & distribution, ideally in cement & building materials industries
Tech-savvy, familiar with ERP, TMS, and Google Workspace
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Route optimization & fleet management
Logistics software/ERP systems proficiency
Vendor negotiation and contract management
Data analysis and problem-solving
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly distribution plans to meet customer demand
Optimize fleet utilization, route planning, and delivery schedules
Manage logistics costs, monitor budget, and implement cost-saving measures
Negotiate with vendors and carriers, ensuring SLA compliance
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
