Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Proven experience in handling contracts, agreements, land-related documentation, and court/arbitration matters.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills (both English & Bangla).
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
Provide legal advice and support to management on corporate, commercial, and labor law issues.
Handle land-related matters including vetting property documents, mutation, registration, and ownership verification.
Manage civil, criminal, and miscellaneous cases; liaise with external lawyers and represent the company when required.
Ensure protection of company rights in disputes, investigations, and court/arbitration proceedings.
Pursue contractual and commercial disputes, including agreement enforcement, breach of contract, and partnership matters.
Maintain and update legal files, case records, and documentation systematically.
Assist in regulatory compliance and coordinate with relevant government authorities.
Provide regular legal reports and updates to management
