Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing and managing information technology to user.
∎ Manage and analyse construction & procurement management software, website development, training and HR database support and recommending future planning and development of project.
∎ Provide IT services in effective and efficient manner which will ensure maximum access and implementation of technology services and resources.
∎ Manage and Support Windows Server 2008 Administration, Networking, AD –DC, DNS, File Server, Mail Server and Anti – Virus Server.
∎ Manage the IT product purchase and coordinate with vendors and service providers to deliver IT product and services as per work order and agreement.
∎ Oversee the IT product and discussed with accounts and procurement about the disposal and write off issue of those products and monitoring the fixed asset tag of IT product.
∎ Support site offices and understand user technical requirements and network problems as well as solving the required problem.
∎ To be a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide in areas such as, social media, website, publication and day to day activities, etc.
∎ Implementation, deployment and operation of information systems and technology solutions for business needs. Develop and analyze website performance and implementation.
∎ Update the website content, mass mailing through e-mail system and SMS Campaign through bulk SMS system.
∎ Provide recommendations and execute / manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English
