ACE Bulletin Preparation
ACE Routing & process code standardization
ACE Routing Preparation for FLAP
Risk Assessment new Styles with technical team
Prepare Standard Process Video Databank
Prepare Machine Requirement plan
Kaizen owner & lead the team for kaizen culture
Set standard training method at TNC
Prepare excel operation bulletin to micro level (with attachment, guide & mc details)
Ensure OB reflects correct method, machine type, and manpower requirement
RMWH to FGWH all section process analysis & find loopholes to improve
Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for material flow, lead time, non-productive activates analysis
