Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science, from any recognized university
∎ Training and Certification on System Administration, Network Administration, Service Management and relevant technology areas would be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall process of IT asset procurement including thorough requirement analysis, technology/product/solution assessment/evaluation, negotiation with suppliers and vendors
∎ Develop and maintain policy, procedure and guidelines as required, and ensure proper compliance
∎ Monitor and manage end user support and IT Helpdesk support functions to ensure timely and quality service
∎ Plan, prioritize and schedule HelpDesk activities to ensure user support service standards are maintained
∎ Manage internal and external stakeholders
∎ Track service performance and prepare routine and on-demand reports on Procurement, Asset and IT Support
∎ Prepare IT budget; track Capital and Operational expenditures
∎ Performance research on products, solutions and technologies
Additional Requirements:
∎ In-depth understanding of hardware, network and software technologies
∎ Proven working experience with server configuration, network planning and design
∎ In-depth knowledge and understanding of the IT Asset Management lifecycle
∎ Knowledge and understanding of support and service management, and its best practices and standards
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities at once
∎ Ability to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill
