∎ Master of Law (LLM), Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Law Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Handling case files, appearing before the court and maintaining case status.
∎ • Preparing necessary documents for filing cases and forwarding those to company’s panel lawyer.
∎ • Maintaining liaison with panel lawyers regarding various cases & updated status of those cases.
∎ • Preparing schedule of cases for hearing at court.
∎ • Sound knowledge on Criminal & Civil litigation.
∎ • Drafting loan documents and other required legal documents.
∎ • Furnishing of Legal Opinion upon vetting of property documents.
∎ • Reviewing Rights, Title and Ownership, Encumbrances, Easements etc. relating to properties to be Mortgaged and Charged with the concerned Government Offices.
∎ • Providing appropriate legal advice towards any dispute between the company and third parties.
∎ • Reporting to the regulatory authority regarding legal issues.
∎ • Any other task and responsibility assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Well conversant on Company Law, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Bank Companies Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Law of Contract, Registration act, Law of Limitation, and other laws relating to Banks and financial institutions
∎ • Bar Council’s Enrollment
∎ • Good command over English
∎ • Good communication skill
∎ • Good computer skill

Salary: Negotiable
