Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Clearing and Forwarding, Export Commercial, Export Documentation, Trading or Export
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare export documentation like invoice, packing list, Phyto certificate and any other related documents
∎ Maintain good relation with transportation personnel’s, shipping line, bank & other regulatory bodies for the shipment purpose
∎ Ensure MCCI, Notary, Embassy works & any other related documents for shipment
∎ Maintain post shipment documents and buyer’s documents
∎ Responsible for cash incentive, audit farm, BAPA for obtaining cash subsidy on time
∎ Ensure SAFTA, Rex from EPB as quick possible time
∎ Prepare documents for realize TT, submission Exp on time
∎ Responsible for proper loading, manage CnF people at the time of shipment
∎ Responsible for any types of field works assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 33 years
∎ Need to have the proven expertise on export related works
