Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Officer, Events and Activation. This role requires a strong background in event management, sponsorship negotiation, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and a proven track record in budget management and compliance with quality, safety, and legal requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage event implementation, including coordination with internal teams and ASPs, budget management, compliance with quality and legal requirements, and evaluation.
∎ Evaluate sponsorship proposals, negotiate deals, and ensure timely implementation.
∎ Maintain liaison with outdoor agencies, search for better opportunities for communication placement, generate monthly reports, and update branch signage.
∎ Maintain a list of key stakeholders, periodically network with them, and scan the external environment to plan the execution model accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Familiarity with event planning and management.
∎ Ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal requirements
∎ Ability to network and build relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
