Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Able to handle all type of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ Sedex/WRAP/Environment/Oeko-tex /C-TPAT/ /RSC / GRS/ RCS & RAF and others Certification Audits)
∎ 2. Regular monitoring all the social, safety and security issues.
∎ 3. Analyze all the work place hazard and risk and prepare assessment accordingly.
∎ 4. Assist to implement of Buyer and Company COC.
∎ 5. Assist to conduct/organize meeting/workshop/training.
∎ 6. To prepare factory for facing different audits and visit.
∎ 7. Assist to conduct /Implement successful internal social compliance audits.
∎ 8. Assist to implement Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct,
∎ 9. To keep ready all required documents to face various audit & inspection successfully.
∎ 10. Preparing and updating all relevant registers(WPC, Health & Safety committee, Anti-Harassment Committee, Canteen committee, Grievance committee etc.) as required by local law and customer's code of conduct.
∎ 11. Prepare and maintain different meeting minutes and training documents as and when needed.
∎ 12. Checking personal files, salary sheet, bonus & earn leave sheet when needed.
∎ 13. To interact workers by regular floor visit and make them aware about work place health & safety.
∎ 14. To monitor all social compliance issues in the whole factory premises on regular basis.
∎ 15. Assist to conduct fire drill training / first aid training / rescue training etc.
∎ 16. Assist to provide compliance training to the concern staff as and when needed.
∎ 17. Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge on EPZ Act 2019 & Labour Rules 2022, MS Word/MS Excel/MS PowerPoint and Bangla typing .
∎ Candidate must be capable to take challenges.
∎ Candidate must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Candidate must have knowledge on ISO 9001,2005 Audit.
