Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer science & engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's computing environment.
∎ Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, analysis and upgrade all hardware and OS related issues to ensure optimal workstation performance.
∎ Develop and maintain an inventory of all IT related components and equipment.
∎ If necessary, liaise with the software team and the third-party vendor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on experience in managing and administration of PC/Laptop/Printer service, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Azure, Endpoint security, Access control device, DHCP server, IP camera, NVR, DVR, file server and firewall.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service, Garments.
∎ Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
