Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve monthly and yearly deposit targets and ensure portfolio growth.
- Retain matured deposits and minimize premature encashments.
- Conduct daily sales visits and report to the Head of Deposit Mobilization.
- Review and submit deposit forms to Operations, ensuring data accuracy.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
- Handle compliance, audit, and integrity-related issues within the team.
- Maintain the team’s Daily Visit Plan and Monthly Business Projection.
- Visit potential customers jointly with team members.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.
